Job Description
- Simple manual production work: preparation of materials for further production processes (preparation of molds, preparation of motors for encapsulation, etc.)
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and assembly drawings to ensure accurate installation and fitment of parts
- Gluing of magnets and assembly of molds for magnet gluing – using adhesive, cleaning of molds with acetone and alcohol
- Cutting of sheet metal, operating a furnace – loading and unloading of molds (furnace temperature approx. 200 °C)
- Minor locksmith work such as drilling, thread tapping and deburring
- Using masking tapes for masking and unmasking of parts, work with a hand grinder
- Recording of completed operations in the SAP system
- Weight of handled parts: usually up to 10 kg, occasionally up to 40 kg
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum height of 160 cm ; At least 2 years of production assembly experience; magnet assembly experience is an advantage
- Experienced in drilling, thread tapping, deburring, and sheet metal cutting
- Skilled in using power tools and measuring instruments
- Able to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and technical drawings for assembly
- Able to read technical drawings and blueprints; willing to work on shifting schedules
