Job Description
- Diagnose and identify the cause of watch malfunctions.
- Repair or replace damaged, broken, or worn-out components, including resizing, dial repair, and band adjustments.
- Perform complete watch servicing, including lubrication and assembly, pressure testing & battery replacement.
- Regulate and calibrate automatic and mechanical watch movements for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain repair processes.
- Provide precise repair quotations and detailed explanations of required services.
- Ability to test timepiece accuracy and performance using specialized meters and electronic instruments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of various watch movements, brands, and their intricacies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Degree / Trade Certificate / Diploma in Watch Repair or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in repairing & servicing of Mechanical/Auto, Quartz & Digital/Smart watches such as Seiko, Longines, Tissot and other similar brands will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have basic computer skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and be a team player.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
