Job Description
- Set up and operate Müller Martini – Primera, Müller Martini – ACORO A5 or Müller Martini Diamant, Kolbus Binding Machines; Heidelberg Stahl TX-82, Stahl PFH-20, MBO, K8RS and FP800
- Adjust and maintain machine settings to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Use measuring tools to verify accuracy and consistency of production output.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating the Müller Martini – Primera, Müller Martini – ACORO A5 or Müller Martini Diamant, Kolbus Binding Machines; Heidelberg Stahl TX-82, Stahl PFH-20, MBO, K8RS and FP800
- Skilled in setting up, adjusting, operating, maintaining, and monitoring the machine according to production schedules.
- Experience with perfect binding V1 (softcore); Perfect binding V2 (paperback); Hotmelt and PUR gluing; Perfect binding V8 (hardcover)
