Job Description
- diagnoses and fixes problems with mobile, tablets and other mobile devices including hardware issues like cracked screens and batteries and software problems
- using specialized tools to perform repairs, testing devices for proper functionality
- communicating with customers about repair options and timelines and maintaining accurate repair records
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
