Job Description
- Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters (CCPs, oPRPs, QCPs) and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) during production and storage.
- Inspect production lines, packaging, and storage conditions to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and testing equipment; assist in developing QA procedures and support internal and external audits.
- Identify trends in quality issues and collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to improve product consistency and safety.
- Ensure knowledge and implementation of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Halal, SFDA) and maintain proper calibration of testing equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Veterinary or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality control or food safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification and knowledge in HACCP and other food safety standards; experience with audits preferred.
