Job Description
- Fabrication and forming of sheet metal components to tight tolerances (±0.04 in / as specified)
- Abrasive blasting and industrial spray painting, including surface preparation, coating application and corrosion protection systems.
- Maintain and repair all machinery.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Can read blueprints or drawings/ Has a painting and blasting experience
- Experience with guillotining, folding, rolling and general sheet metal machinery
- Ability to achieve specified surface profiles
- Ability to work to paint specifications
- Compliance with Paint systems, film thickness requirements
