Job Description
- Responsible for safely drawing blood from patients, ensuring accurate specimen collection, and supporting laboratory and clinical operations
- Primarily perform venipunctures and blood collection for diagnostic testing, transfusions, or research purposes, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process
- Explaining procedures, alleviating anxiety, and providing emotional support to patients, including infants and the elderly.
- Specimen handling: Labeling, documenting, and transporting blood samples accurately to prevent errors in laboratory results.
- Equipment and environment management: Maintaining sterile conditions, cleaning and organizing tools, and following infection control protocols.
- Administrative tasks: Updating patient medical records, entering data into laboratory information systems, and managing appointments.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
