Job Description
- (or Senior Sous Chef) is the Head Chef's right hand. They manage daily kitchen operations, step in as the Officer-in-Charge in the Head Chef's absence, train junior line cooks, and ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's culinary and food safety sta

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
