Job Description
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians, including hiring and performance management.
- Direct day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions for machinery and facilities.
- Ensure high availability of production lines, including, but not limited to, filler, blow molding, and conveyors, often aiming for >90% Maintenance Schedule Completion Rate (SCR).
- Manage Maintenance and Repair (R&M) budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts to reduce operational costs.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and KORE (Coca-Cola's operating requirements).
- Utilize tools like Kaizen, 5Ys, and Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes of equipment failure and improve efficiency.
- Utilize SAP and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance KPI data.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) is typically required.
- 2–7+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, with a preference for the food/beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach technical teams in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
