Job Description
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments of facilities and equipment.
- Investigate work-related injuries, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Provide safety training to employees, including 14 Life Safety Rules (LSR), and conduct emergency drills.
- Manage safety documentation, work permits, and compliance for contractors and visitors.
- Prepare monthly KPIs, maintain accident records, and report safety trends to management.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Safety certifications such as BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) are required, especially for SO2 or SO3 levels.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in a FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and technical knowledge of safety regulations.
