Job Description
- Greeting guests warmly, seating them, presenting menus, and answering questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and food sensitivities.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately, inputting them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and communicating special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly, checking on guest satisfaction throughout the meal, and refilling drinks.
- Clearing dirty dishes, sanitizing tables, and resetting dining areas for new guests.
- Preparing final bills, processing credit card payments, or handling cash securely.
- Restocking stations with linens, silverware, and condiments, as well as cleaning service areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with daily specials, drink menus, and food preparation methods.

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
