Job Description
- Prepare and cook dishes within your section according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared and maintained for service.
- Adherent to hygiene and safety regulations (including HACCP standards). Policies and standards
- Support the Sous Chef in daily operations, prep lists, and stock control.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a upper casual dining or fine dining environment (within the region is a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
