Job Description
- training staff, scheduling shifts, conducting quality inspections, managing supply inventory, and resolving guest complaints
- Create and manage daily or weekly shift schedules, ensuring all floors and areas are adequately covered.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
