Job Description
- Can prepare a wide range of Authentic Japanese dishes and cuisines, including sushi dishes, in accordance with quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Can prepare traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish.
- Can prepare appetizers, soups, and salads that are close to the philosophy of Japanese cuisine
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Certification/ Diploma in cookery with hands-on experience. With minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
