Job Description
- Consult with clients to understand event themes and cake designs; sketch or mock up preliminary designs for approval
- Prepare batters, frostings, icings, and fillings from scratch or using established recipes.
- Decorate cakes and pastries utilizing piping, airbrushing, fondant work, and sugar sculpting techniques.
- Manage decorating supplies, colors, and ingredients; place reorders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
