Job Description
- Supervise electrical maintenance staff, prioritize daily workloads, and manage work orders, including shift work or emergency responses.
- Perform and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance on industrial equipment, PLC controls, motors, and power distribution systems (LT/HT).
- Diagnose and repair electrical/instrumentation faults on production lines to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental policies (e.g., KORE standards).
- Liaise with contractors for site projects and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Electrical Trade Certificate or degree in Electrical Engineering, often with a valid Electrical License.
- 2–5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in high-speed manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Proficiency in PLCs, motor control systems, troubleshooting, and reading technical schematics
