Job Description
- Efficiently operate filling, capping, and inspection machinery to maintain production schedules.
- Routinely check filled, capped bottles for proper fill levels,, seal integrity, and codes to ensure product quality.
- Calibrate equipment, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) procedures to sanitize equipment.
- Log production data, including volumes, product information, and waste, ensuring compliance.
- Adhere to all safety rules, GMPs, andwear required personal protective equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/beverage bottling.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting automated machinery and familiarity with PLC-based Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
- Ability to work long shifts (e.g., 12-hour shifts), stand for long periods, and lift heavy items.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical/vocational training preferred
