Job Description
- Observing residents for changes in physical or mental condition, measuring vital signs, and reporting concerns to supervisors. Engaging with residents to promote social interaction, providing companionship, and fostering independence.
- Assisting with daily hygiene routines, including bathing, showering, oral care, hair care, nail care, and shaving. Assisting with feeding, preparing meals, and ensuring adequate hydration
- Helping residents move, transfer (e.g., bed to wheelchair), reposition, and walk. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing infection control (e.g., proper linen handling), and using safety equipment properly.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Education/Teaching/Training or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
