Job Description
- • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management in decision-making.
- • Conduct cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
- • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- • Develop and monitor key financial metrics to improve operational efficiency.
- • Assist in cash flow management and financial planning.
- • Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance and cost- saving strategies.
- • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- • Utilize ERP software for financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.
- • Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
