Job Description
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Must have Bachelors degree or above with majors in civil engineering, engineering management, engineering cost management, with expereince in roads, and bridges
- Cost/Budget Control and analysis experience
- Proficient in CCS Candy Software
