Job Description
- Management of the building site to ensure the works schedule and budget is followed.
- Ensure all building construction according to approved plans and engineer
- Purchase, maintenance and control of building materials, spare parts and tools . Check for defects and quality
- For all projects - prepare materials, budgets and progress schedules.
- Ensure that works are completed according to time schedule, specifications and safety standards.
- Manage and co-ordinate work programs of tradesmen, contracters and suppliers to ensure the works program is progressing as scheduled.
- Minimize expenditure on spare parts, materials and all project costs
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Qualified and registered Civil Engineer with at least 3 years experience in construction, preferably commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software for engineering and construction.
- Good health with mature disposition. Ability to organize a multi-skilled work-force.
