Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory systems
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with system records
- Organize and store inventory in an orderly and accessible manner
- Prepare and process stock requests, transfers, and deliveries
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and data entry
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel or inventory management software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic math and record-keeping abilities and Communication and teamwork
- Ability to lift and move items (if required)
