Job Description
- Ground Workers prepare construction sites for building work by digging out and levelling the ground, laying concrete foundations, installing pipes and drainage, and building paths, roads, and driveways
- Operate equipment safely and follow site safety standards at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle heavy manual labour.
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Experience in operating small machinery or plant equipment preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
