- PREPARING INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING, MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF KITCHEN AREAS AND ADHERE TO COMPANY STANDARD
- PROPER USAGE OF CHPPING BOARD TO AVOID FOOD CONTAMINATION AND QUALITY OF FOOD PREPARED
- ENSURE COOKING AND SAFETY STADARD ARE FOLLOWED, ENSURE TO MONITOR SAFE ZONE FOR FREEZER, PROPER STOCKING OF SUPPLIES AND IMPLIMENTATION OF FIFO
