Job Description
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and wiring diagrams.
- Repair and replace wiring, lighting systems, alternators, starters, and control modules.
- Install and repair vehicle accessories (alarms, audio systems, GPS units, etc.)
- Perform battery testing and charging system checks
- Program and calibrate electronic control units where required.
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and workshop standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Trade qualification in Automotive Electrical Technology.
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Valid driver’s license and have a good communication and teamwork skills.
