Job Description
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy diesel engines.
- Repair transmissions, braking systems, hydraulic systems and suspension components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools for electronic systems.
- Maintain service documentation and job records.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel or Truck Technology.
- Minimum 5 years heavy truck repair experience
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and air brake systems.
- Ability to work independently and supervise apprentices if required.
- Valid heavy vehicle driver’s license preferred.
