Job Description
- Lead a team of steel fixers in placing and tying reinforcement bars for slabs, beams, columns and foundations.
- Read and follow reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules under foreman supervision.
- Inspect completed work areas before concrete pouring to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure correct bar spacing, alignment, cover blocks, and lapping lengths during installation.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, bending, and assembling reinforcement cages.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on leading steel fixers.
Additional Information
- Organize daily tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Report progress, material shortages, and site issues to the Steel Fixer Foreman.
