Job Description
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach assigned subjects to students and ensure effective understanding of the lessons.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes, examinations, assignments, and other learning activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and safe learning environment.
- Monitor and record students’ progress and provide feedback to students and parents when necessary.
- Develop instructional materials and use appropriate teaching methods and educational technology.
- Encourage student participation and support students’ academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to improve teaching strategies and student learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (BEEd, BSEd, or Early Childhood Education).
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a valid PRC license.
- At least 1–3 years of teaching experience is an advantage (fresh graduates may also apply depending on the requirement).
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in assessing and evaluating student performance.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Patient, organized, and passionate about teaching and student development.
- Ability to use educational technology and teaching aids to enhance learning.
