Job Description
- Excellent knife skills, particularly in filleting and slicing raw fish • Proven experience in fast-paced kitchens or Japanese/sushi restaurants
- Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients, seasonality, and flavor profiles • Ability to prepare and artistically present sushi dishes
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, especially concerning raw fish • Strong customer service skills, especially in open-kitchen or omakase-style settings • Good time management and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
