Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians and support staff, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. Resolves customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that service technicians are following proper repair and maintenance procedures for home electronics and air conditioning units. Monitor repairs and service processes to maintain quality standards and reduce repeat visits.
- Plan and schedule service appointments, manage workload distribution among technicians. Oversee the stock of spare parts and tools required for repairs, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Maintain records of service activities, generate reports on service performance, downtime, and customer feedback. Provide training to technicians on new products, repair techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and warranty procedures. Troubleshoot unresolved issues and coordinate with manufacturers or suppliers if needed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise service staff. Good communication and customer interaction skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
