Job Description
- Collaborate with Department Heads and Managers to assess and anticipate staffing needs across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Source candidates through accredited and approved job portals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for qualified applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize job offers and facilitate onboarding procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Stay current with labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and relevant employment legislation.
- Uphold employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Human Resource Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development and Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including job portals, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pleasing personality and presentable appearance – must be able to represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Interview tools and HR software systems.
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CHRA, CHRM, CHRP, SHRM) is an advantage.
