Job Description
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
- Carry out electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting for power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sewage.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of MEP systems.
- Conduct regular testing and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians on site to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow all safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance work.
- Document work performed, maintain records, and report any deviations or malfunctions.
- Assist in commissioning and handover processes for newly installed systems.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Proven experience working as an MEP technician or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical circuits, and plumbing systems.
