Job Description
- Manage project costs from initial estimates to final accounts for construction and civil engineering projects.
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, billing statements, and invoices in accordance with project contracts.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and procurement teams while analyzing construction data using Excel tools.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of construction costing, contracts, project management, and risk control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Power BI and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
