Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all structural steel erection, fabrication, and installation activities at site Ensure structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor subcontractors and workforce productivity to maintain project progress Conduct inspections of structural works to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams regarding structural activities Review structural drawings, method statements, and work procedures prior to execution
- Resolve site technical issues related to structural installation and fabrication Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
- Prepare progress reports and update management on structural work status Enforce strict adherence to company and client HSE policies during execution
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
