Job Description
- Monitor patients with moderate to high acuity conditions
- Provide continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring
- Assess and manage patients recovering from ICU or major procedures
- Assist in the care of patients with respiratory support or ventilators (if applicable)
- Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for patient care planning
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Educate patients and families on recovery and care plans
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
- Applicant must be an NCLEX Passer
