Job Description
- Assessing Mental Health Needs: Conducting thorough evaluations of patients’ psychological states, reviewing history, and identifying symptoms to inform treatment strategies
- Developing and Implementing Care Plans: Creating individualized plans to address patient needs, adjusting plans based on progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals
- Medication Administration and Monitoring: Ensuring proper medication delivery, observing patient responses, and educating patients about effects and side effects
- Providing Therapeutic Support: Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, using counseling, de-escalation techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and occupational therapies
- Crisis Intervention: Responding to emergency psychiatric situations, including suicide risk or violent behavior, while maintaining patient and staff safety
- Collaboration and Advocacy: Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other team members to ensure holistic care and promoting mental health awareness
- Record Keeping and Administration: Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With or Without SCFHS Dataflow and Prometric
- Preferably Ex-Saudi and prior experience in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable
- Preferably with experience in mental health settings
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic is essential
