Job Description
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, especially European cuisine (e.g., Italian, French)
- Plan menus and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Control portioning and minimize food waste
- Assist in developing new recipes and improving menu offerings
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- At least 3–4 years experience in European cuisine (Italian, French, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good leadership and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
