Job Description
- Responsible for evaluating their patients’ overall health. This includes taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, monitoring vital signs, and assessing current medical conditions and risks
- Developing and Implementing Personalized Care Plans. Create individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s medical requirements and lifestyle
- Provide direct medical care by administering medications, giving injections, dressing wounds, and performing other prescribed procedures such as IV therapy.
- Support patients with personal and daily activities. This includes helping with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and ensuring overall safety in the home environment
- Play a crucial role in patient and family education. They teach disease management, proper medication administration, lifestyle adjustments, preventive care, and rehabilitation exercises when needed
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
