Job Description
- Prepare accurate, high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities for large-scale, complex projects
- Coordinate with drafting teams, other design disciplines, and consultants to ensure timely and complete deliverables.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices, including the Saudi Building Code.
- Support project teams from concept to tender stage, participating in value engineering and design optimization.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino).
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards, construction practices, and Saudi Building Code compliance.
