Job Description
- Proven experience in Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) for structural steel, beams, plates, pipes, or heavy sections
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, WPS, PQR, and welding symbols
- Knowledge of welding parameters (current, voltage, travel speed, wire size, flux type)
- Skilled in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting SAW welding machines and accessories
- Familiar with joint preparation, fit-up, and alignment requirements
- Knowledge of weld quality standards, tolerances, and visual inspection criteria
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
