Job Description
- Prepare and cook Japanese hot items, including frying, grilling, steaming, and boiling, following established recipes and plating standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
- Work with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, taking direction and assisting with special requests or allergens.
- Monitor food stock levels, report ingredient shortages, and ensure ingredient freshness, proper storage, and rotation.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
