Job Description
- Set up and adjust CNC turning centers according to production requirements
- Load and modify programs in cooperation with the technologist
- Perform visual and auditory checks of machine operation
- Replace worn cutting inserts and tools, adjust tool offsets
- Measure first-piece dimensions and ensure compliance with technical documentation
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC lathe machines, including setting up and adjusting CNC turning centers according to production requirements.
- Able to load and modify programs in cooperation with the technologist
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work independently
- Able to use measuring instruments for checking first-piece dimensions and ensuring compliance with technical documentation
- Experience with machine control systems: SINUMERIK, Mitsubishi M70/M80, Mazatrol, YASNAC, FANUC
- Must be currently residing/working in the Philippines.
