Job Description
- Ensure that all audit work is prepared and conducted in accordance with the Firm's guidelines.
- Ensure audit work is conducted in compliance with the International standards.
- Lead the team in conducting the audit, providing support and supervision to audit staff.
- Ensure that all audit staff receive training on relevant technical and professional matters.
- Schedule a steady flow of work and ensure that it is completed efficiently.
- Prepare reports as required by the Assistant Manager or Manager of Audit.
- Make recommendations on improvements to the Firm's operations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
- Member of recognised accounting body
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards
- Good analytical and communication skills
