Job Description
- Responsible for directing all culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food standards
- To oversee food safety compliance, manage inventory and supplier relationships, control kitchen costs, and ensure efficient, safe service.
- Creating new menu items, developing recipes, and ensuring food quality and presentation and meet high standards.
- Ordering supplies, controlling inventory, managing food waste, and ensuring cost-efficient operations
- Maintaining strict compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Must have knowledge of preparing a large range of small Chinese dishes that are traditionally serve in Yumcha/Dim sum (Chinese Breakfast)
- Specialize in varieties of Seafood (Sichuan cuisine since Fiji is a lot of seafood).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- With experience in creating coffee and mix alcohol and other drink beverage.
