Job Description

Design, fabricate, and assemble vehicle bodies, using a combination of metals, fiberglass, wood, and composite materials.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements for custom designs and modifications.
Construct the framework of vehicles, ensuring accurate dimensions and fitment. This includes the chassis, panels, doors, windows, roofs, and interior features.
Install interior finishes, trim, upholstery, and specialized features such as custom dashboards, seating, lighting, and insulation.
Provide maintenance, repair, and restoration services on vehicle bodies and associated structures.

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.

Must have TESDA NCII Certificate in Automotive Body Repairing.
Must be competent in diagnosing job requirements & ascertaining work specifications from drawings or instructions.
Must be competent in selecting, cutting, shaping and the assembly of materials to form parts of vehicle underframe, framework and body.
Must be keen on the repair of damages to the chassis and engine mountings using hydraulic rams, jacks & jigs.
Must be competent in hammering out dents in bodywork, filling in small depressions or corroded areas in solder, plastic or other filler compound.
Must be competent in replacing body panels using hand and power tools.
Must be very knowledgeable in the installation and repair of interior fittings including seats, seatbelts and fascia in buses, sinks and special features in caravans and mobile shops.
Must be competent in positioning, securing and repairing external fittings including windows, doors, door handles, catches and roof attachments.
Must have UKVI IELTS* with a 4.0 score per category
