Job Description
- Draw designs using drafting tools and Solid Works software
- Participate in design feasibility, tooling meetings and assist in special field projects
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from engineers to ensure conformity to design concepts
- Liase with engineers in producing Solid Works drawings, coordinating provision, producing sections and details to demonstrate practical installations
- Maintaining Solid Works library; keeping directory of updated and documented drawings and keeping abreast of related latest technology
- Provide 3D models that can render visual impact to a presentation for a new machine
- Create detailed drawings of machinery and mechanical devices for development purposes
- Develop and oversee the production of the final product and work with engineers and other employees during all aspects of the project
- Refer to technical handbooks and tables for information, determine their effect on the design
- Coordinate the works and activities of other drafters and designers
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knowledge in Solid Works applications
- Perform Drafting Works ; Knowledge Microsoft Office Applications
- Good in both written and verbal English communications, Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of related experience after graduation.
