- Has the ability to work unsupervised, means they can rely on you to produce consistent work of a high standard without supervision.
- Knowledgeable in monitoring e-mails to assist guests and address their questions before, during, and after their stay.
- Checking guests in, issuing keys or key cards, and showing visitors to their rooms
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Candidates must have experience in 4 or 5 star hotels with similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
