Job Description
- o manage and control the inventory of spare parts, tools, lubricants, and maintenance supplies required for the smooth operation of bakery production equipment.
- o Ensures timely availability, accurate documentation, and compliance with food safety and maintenance standards, while supporting procurement processes.
- o Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach and frequently lift up to 20 Kg
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
