Job Description
- Train, and supervise Shop staff; Schedule and assign duties to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure exceptional service standards are met ; Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation; Prepare targets and forecasts
- Monitor daily financial performance, including sales and expenses
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Prepare reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze data to identify trend and areas for improvement.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Understanding of menu development, food preparation, beverage pairing
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with best practices in customer service and guest relation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Techniques for effective staff training and team building
- Proficiency in managing inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Skills in handling customer complaints and employee disputes
