Job Description
- Proficiency in various techniques (piping, fondant work, airbrushing, edible images) color matching , creating unique designs
- Prior experience in a commercial setting, often with a strong portfolio
- Diploma or certificate in baking/pastry arts
- Valid food handlers permit and strict adherence to health/safety standards
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, communication , and customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure. Decorating custom cakes using various medium ( fondant, buttercream, fruit) Collaborating with direct supervisors on designs and fulfilling
- Please note that the salary package is very negotiable and attractive.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
